Now, onto my personal updates. nuEra Cannabis has just one week to respond to the complaint (if they can deliver on time and avoid disrespecting court deadlines again). Their privilege log and evidence for discovery (round one) are due December 30, under a judge’s order—finally holding them accountable for their non-delivery since July.

For those keeping up with my posts, my plan for what’s next should be crystal clear. I’m not subtle! And for anyone watching nuEra’s moves, let’s just say their playbook isn’t exactly subtle either. Open season is here—except since it’s 2024 we’ve traded heads on pikes for maybe new bracelets. Progress, right?

So whether you tune in or tune out, the dominos are set, and they’ll fall just the same. Might as well grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.
