food for thought
Isn’t it interesting how history repeats itself, state by state, in the cannabis industry? Damn, James—it’s like they didn’t pay attention in history class like we did.
Take Kentucky, for example—where the so-called “winners” of the medical cannabis lottery seem suspiciously connected, with nearly half of all licenses awarded to just five companies, some tied to political insiders (https://lnkd.in/gwMn8Pnp). Meanwhile, in Minnesota (Business & Sports), 240 cannabis applicants are mysteriously linked to just one connection (https://lnkd.in/gcGYEk2m). Sounds familiar? Almost like it’s the same playbook getting passed around.
As someone who’s experienced this firsthand, I can’t help but notice the patterns. Whether it’s fraud, favoritism, or flat-out corruption, the stakes are clear: these aren’t isolated incidents. They’re systemic flaws—ones that ripple through entire states, industries, and communities.
Which begs the question: How far does the ripple go? Have any of you brilliant strategists (since almost 40% of my viewers now identify as business strategists—congratulations, by the way!) figured out my next moves yet? Or realized how much “personality liability” and accountability I’ve layered into this? Maybe the bracelets and the ripples are clearer now.
Every action I take touches someone, and those touchpoints affect the entire State of Illinois. Still think this is just a one-man game? Have you spotted the traps yet for every possible response Monday for nuEra Cannabis? Don’t think short-term… think months, years, moves ahead. Keep up.

Did you know? Before I had to put my actual name on social media to get verified and started signing off as CannaConsigliere, I used to go by Joe F Yourself.
