You know, my manager Brittini, my family, my friends, and even my co-plaintiffs have all been telling me: “Joe, there’s no point in posting anymore. They’re doing more damage to themselves than you could ever do.” And while they’re probably right… where’s the fun in that?

So, let’s take a little stroll through this week’s chaos, shall we?

Did you see all the press for the new nuEra Cannabis product with THC release under the Riseau brand? The excitement! The buzz! Oh wait… did anyone notice it’s the exact same product that’s been out for months? The only difference? Now it’s discounted almost 40% because I guess no one’s buying it. Guess when you can’t move inventory, you try to dress it up as something new.

But wait, there’s more! Let’s talk about that TRO and lawsuit they filed demanding the additional $80K a month—a move so reckless it validated fraudulent conveyance, violations of fiduciary duties, and handed us more proof of perjury on a silver platter. Yes, I’ve already filed with the ARDC and SEC.

So here’s the question: what does this say about their financial stability? Their current position? Because from where I’m standing, it’s looking like they’re scrambling to hold it all together. Maybe that’s why I’m still here, talking about it. Not because I need to, but because their actions keep making it so easy.

As the saying goes, if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck… well, you get the idea.
