Whether I’m a rebellious teenager or a (slightly) more seasoned adult, one thing’s stayed the same—I’ve always respected our veterans. Sure, back in the day, maybe I never quite mastered the salute (this one seemed to stick with me)... but the heart was always there!

To the real heroes who put in the work while some of us just thought we were tough: you’ve got my respect, my gratitude, and a whole lot of my sarcasm (wouldn’t be me without it). Semper Fi, and Happy Veterans Day to those who know the true meaning of service!
