Yesterday marked a new chapter for the F'nAround Podcast with top-notch sound quality, thanks to our upgraded equipment. The voices of truth are now clearer than ever as we dive into stories that matter. Catch the latest episode at FnAround.com, and stay tuned as we prepare to shift from Saturday afternoons to weekday mornings. With ethical sponsorships and brand partnerships on the horizon, we’re on track to become a multi-day morning show.

But what did the countdown mean?

Since July, nuEra has stalled on providing discovery, delaying progress from other regulatory groups awaiting the next steps. Now, with all current evidence submitted, additional regulators may join the SEC, amplifying nuEra’s ‘spotlight of truth.’ Didn’t I say this was about fixing the industry, not just nuEra? With our next round of complaints underway, we may now have access to personal liability due to SEC-reported valuation discrepancies, suggesting potential fraud against stakeholders. You’ve got my attention, don’t you?

This case is the perfect precedent for an industry wary of federal overreach. Just look at how the State of Illinois and the State of Michigan let big cannabis play unchecked; but what do I know about reshaping an industry to protect people? Isn’t this the same business that subtly threatened a friend, insisting ‘this is how it is, and Joe can’t change it’? As G-Eazy put it, ‘If I say something, I mean it.’

In the meantime, I’ve been asked to test-drive what we now call the ‘nuEra treatment’ on others in the industry—a warm-up, if you will. We’re looking at the top of the cannabis chain. Think of it as a DJ Pritzker-style lottery, with a twist. So, who’s our first ‘lucky’ winner?

Over the coming days, I’ll evaluate, on a point system, who may get the next ‘white glove’ treatment. We’ll base it on employee stories, financial trails, sales/purchasing connections with nuEra, legislative influence, and public perception. I’ll send our team into dispensaries to gather intel and combine it with what’s already on our desk. Got to keep it unbiased, just like the Illinois cannabis license lottery, right? Let’s see how the market reacts to a publicly traded company when the spotlight shines into those dark corners. Every name on our list will have its turn. Don’t worry—you’re all winners when it comes to the truth.
