What an eye opening experience at the Canna Equity Connect Solutions Roundtable! A huge shoutout and thank you to Carlos for the kind invitation. This event brought together an inspiring group of leaders, advocates, and changemakers committed to driving equity and inclusion forward in this evolving space we call cannabis.

The discussions were dynamic, the networking opportunities were priceless, and the shared passion for real change was palpable. It’s empowering to connect with individuals who are actively shaping the future and working tirelessly to create a more equitable and inclusive industry.

One of the key takeaways was the immense power of collaboration and collective action. The energy and insights shared in that room left me not only informed but also highly motivated to keep pushing for systemic change. It’s exciting to hear that while this has been a quarterly event, there are plans to potentially make it monthly—stay in tune with the speakers on the attached flyer for their next gathering!

I’m looking forward to building on these new connections, amplifying their voices, and continuing to foster partnerships that drive progress.
