receipt

Since there’s been some questions about “receipts,” and who’s telling the truth and who isn’t… I figured it’s time to drop one. From a business account I legally own, helped set up, and have full rights to share because facts speak louder than filings.

This account belongs to a cannabis-adjacent business I co-founded and used to manage when it was operational. I know exactly where it’s registered to operate and where it’s not.

The deposit history? Completely real.
The money? Over $300,000 from companies directly named or tied to litigation.
The timeline? Smack in the middle of active legal proceedings.
The spending? Almost entirely personal groceries, restaurants, Amazon orders, HOA dues, Costco runs, and transfers to the witness and his wife.

Anyone want to guess what this was sent for?

Let me be clear:
This wasn’t payroll.
This wasn’t authorized.
This wasn’t aligned with our partnership split.
And I sure as hell wasn’t made aware of it.

But sure, keep telling people I’m lying.
Keep pretending I’m the problem.

We don’t post anything unless it’s verifiable, documented, or already federally filed.

All assholes. No excuses.

Damn… imagine trying to suppress free speech, violate the First Amendment, and trigger an anti-SLAPP motion all in one filing. That’s not a defense, that’s how you get burned by a dragon.

Should I start stapling my journalist union card and press pass to these posts? Might save a few lawyers a whole lotta billable hours, and one hell of a First Amendment migraine.
I think it’s time I start putting my journalistic integrity to good use by dropping every federally filed record, and piece of evidence, one by one, for the public to see exactly what everyone tried to bury.
