one mistake
Remember when I said one tiny dispute, backed by massive felony legal coverups, could flip a state, expose systemic corruption, and take down an industry with lots of collateral?
I believe my exact words were “challenge accepted.”
Yeah… about that.
Legal relevance is a funny thing. See, in Illinois, depositions aren’t just for the people named in a lawsuit, they apply to anyone with relevant knowledge. And when someone has been publicly tagged for months, made aware of potential fraud and corruption, and did nothing…
They may have just made themselves legally relevant.
Which means some new friends of mine now get to ask some very interesting questions under oath.
And here’s where it gets really fun, imagine being in a position where:
• Not knowing could make someone look incompetent.
• Pleading the Fifth could raise questions.
• Lying is perjury (and you know I keep receipts).
• Telling the truth… might expose things people hoped would stay hidden.
Even attorneys have been named as witnesses.
Shit, didn’t Juan email hundreds of press and politicians? Didn’t I reach out to the entire legislative branch in Illinois and most of the heads in Illinois and Michigan?
And because I followed the money (and found receipts), didn’t I also start raising questions about foreign investments, compliance concerns, and deeper systemic issues not just in cannabis?
Seeing as transparency is critical, I’d expect that all partners, allies, and JVs have been fully informed about these matters… right?
So we are all very excited to have those conversations and find out:
• Were you unintentionally misled and kept in the dark?
• Or did you know, condone it, and look the other way while communities paid the price?
At the end of the day, it’s a simple question: either people approved of systemic corruption and failures, or they were misled by others who might have based on receipts.
I’m very curious to hear the responses.
I’m sure everyone else is just as curious.
Sounds like a catch-22, doesn’t it? Funny how that works.
Anybody see what’s happening yet? Does anyone grasp what’s been set in motion?
See, I believe business should be like a Chinese finger trap: everything functions smoothly in peace and harmony, but the second you pull, push, or try to fight it, you lose everything. And the best part? Anyone who jumps in to “help” just gets stuck too, making themselves part of the joke in the process.
Ask around, I do everything this way.
Smile. We’re all F'nAround at www.FnAround.com now.
Told you, you don’t compose a beautiful symphony with but one verse.
No tags needed… 90% of you never heard of IP blocking and just hand me your addresses, corporate networks, and digital fingerprints like I was giving out free samples.
Also… why do so many European churches care about me? Did I miss a newsletter? If I told you which post they started tracking me after it’s a setup for a bad joke…
