Transparency is dead in Illinois Cannabis. This isn’t just about one company. When yet another validation comes to light showing fraudulent conveyance, undisclosed lawsuits, and withheld financials, it begs the question:
Is this behavior isolated, or is this systemic corruption? How many companies in Illinois are allowed to operate like this under the state’s nose? Where is the accountability?
The Department of Justice has already made it clear they’ll prioritize corporate governance failures in the next presidential term. Will Illinois clean house, or are they content watching corruption thrive?

Are regulators doing their jobs, or are they turning a blind eye?
Illinois deserves better. The industry deserves better. Stakeholders deserve better.
If federal regulators take a closer look, will they find the same issues across the board? Are Green Thumb Industries (GTI), Verano, Cresco Labs, Curaleaf, Ascend Wellness Holdings (CSE: AAWH.U / OTCQX:AAWH), PharmaCann Inc, Revolution Cannabis, aerīz, Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC, MOCA - Modern Cannabis, Windy City Cannabis, Columbia Care, and Cookies operating any differently?
