Illinois New Joint

As you see below Illinois New Joint will be speaking at the nuEra Greenroom tonight at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign dispensary location. I was made aware of this event and even asked if I’d attend. Instead, I encourage anyone going to first listen to the F'nAround Podcast at fnaround.com, Spotify, or Apple and review the public evidence from the court records here: https://lnkd.in/gywmus4w. Also research Support your local weed man to hear the truth about the industry.

Ask the important questions:

• Why has your publication chosen not to report on the racism allegations tied to nuEra, including their proposed use of the Underground Railroad as a brand and behind the scenes work to exclude or delay minorities from Illinois cannabis licenses?
• Why is there no coverage of the case on fraud, breach of contract, or the concerns about Security Exchange Commission violations that could potentially hurt employees, investors, and the public?

The case number is 2023L008973 in Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. These issues go beyond business—they affect the future of the cannabis industry in State of Illinois and beyond. If we want real change, we need transparency and accountability.

In my opinion, associating with companies accused of injustice reflects complicity. Silence is guilt. We must not let any corporation hide their supposed wrongdoings with carefully curated public appearances and partnerships.

All of us at CannaConsigliere are committed to shining a light on those who hide or ignore the damage these companies have done. We will continue to stand up for those harmed, advocating for justice and changing the industry for the better.

Please keep sharing any instances such as this for any company or any appearance used to hide the truth, and we will call it out!

Craft Cares, corporate doesn’t.
Speak your truth.
