georgia

Has anyone asked why? Georgia’s new hemp laws are creating challenges for small, craft producers while benefiting large corporations. With increased regulatory costs, stricter THC limits, and tougher marketing rules, big businesses thrive while craft operations struggle to survive. As the corporate giants consolidate, we risk losing the unique, high-quality products and innovation that made this industry so exciting. It’s time to advocate for fairer laws that support all players in the market, not just those with deep pockets.

In my opinion Georgia’s new hemp laws aren’t exactly a mystery to solve. Oh my goodness, Watson! It won’t take a Sherlock to follow the money trail here—it’s all public record, my dear boy! Same old story I’m sure, Corporations cash in, while the craft producers get squeezed out. Maybe we should leave the magnifying glass at home and instead focus on fighting for fairness. No mysteries here on what happened.
