At what point does a lawsuit stop being about business and start exposing something far bigger?

Here’s a tight timeline of how a simple breach of contract case spiraled into retaliation, regulatory violations, and law enforcement being weaponized against a child.

Last week I check my site’s analytics and see hits near Capital Group and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Their network is powerful. Keith Raniere lasting as long as he did makes sense. Lovelace’s network has ties to that school. Curious?

Two days later, Brittini gets a call. Someone claiming to be from Chicago Public Schools says Snap Inc. told the FBI her 17-year-old daughter threatened a school shooting. But they “know she’s not a threat” they just want to clarify some things. Wait, is that how they handled Jones College Prep?

The phone number traces back to the Magrisso family. Sarah Magrisso is now Sarah Lovelace. Capital Group owns nearly 6% of Snap Inc. Coincidence?

I tweet about it. Hours later, Chicago Police Department Sergeant Jeffrey Gougis calls Brittini and agrees to be recorded. His story immediately falls apart. He admits Snapchat never contacted the FBI. Instead, a “concerned parent” supposedly screenshotted something and sent it to CPD.

Then he changes the story again. The call wasn’t about Brittini’s daughter at all. It’s about “something else” and they need to meet in person. He’s going out of town, but wants to meet when he’s back.

We press Snapchat harder publicly. That same Sergeant at the CPD urgently calls again. Now the story flips back, Snapchat DID supposedly report it to the FBI. A full reversal. And now, Officers Padilla and Duggan (both with sketchy service records) are suddenly involved.

We go to the police station per the Sgt’s email & request. We are shown a photo of a Black man with a beard, NOT Brittini’s daughter. When confronted with our verbal recording disclosure, Officer Padilla agrees he needs to escalate it to his higher-ups and reschedule.

A day later, Brittini gets contacted by her daughter’s school. CPD told them her daughter is a legitimate threat and that they went to her house. Interesting change in story.

We play the CPD recording for the school. It’s now obvious to us that CPD is being used as a weapon against us.

So what’s happening here?
Is law enforcement is being used for intimidation?
Are investors proving they can access and manipulate private data in their investments, like Snapchat?
Are State Regulators, ARDC: Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois, the Illinois Supreme Court, and elected officials doubling down instead of letting friends crash the system for financial reasons?

Seeing the pattern? Seeing the future results?

We have the recordings. We have the proof.

Of course we’ve filed this at the appropriate level, and we were never F'nAround.

I can’t wait to post all these recordings on an episode to discuss… what about you?

How was your week?
