amusing
It’s always amusing to watch some companies dance around the SEC regulations while they try to raise capital at these cannabis conferences. Speaking of conferences as Benzinga’s Cannabis Capital Conference in Chicago approaches, CannaConsigliere is ready to engage in some eye-opening discussions where it matters that are all about transparency and pushing for a higher standard of accountability in this industry. I don't know about you, but before I listen to any keynote speaker, I always do my own research. In my experience, it often seems like some talks are more about shifting public opinion on specific areas of their business to boost investor morale rather than delivering genuine insights.
Not all speakers fall into this category, but it's always a good idea to do your own homework.
Based on my own experiences from my time at nuEra Cannabis, I’ve seen firsthand how behind-the-scenes maneuvers can impact everyone—from small businesses to large corporations. In my opinion, the future of cannabis shouldn’t be about sidestepping rules or hiding the truth; it should be about building a foundation of integrity that supports everyone in the industry.
We have some exciting announcements lined up for Saturday that will underscore our commitment to transparency and honest practices in cannabis.
Make sure to catch this weekend’s first episode of the F’nAround Podcast, where I’ll share more about my personal journey and observations from my days at nuEra Cannabis and how they shaped my view on what this industry needs to do better. Don’t forget it’s not just about me… or my opinions and experiences.
Craft cares, corporate doesn’t.
