The Clarification

They countersued me for defamation among other things on March 26th.

Now I’m releasing the official, line-by-line legal response, filed by my attorney and backed with court-verified receipts.

nuEra claimed:

• That I defamed them by calling them unethical.

• That I lied about their relationship with Juan Finch Jr.

• That I fabricated a brand theft story around Interstate 420.

• That I’m running a coordinated malicious “smear campaign” to ruin their business.

On April 4th they asked the court to clarify which plaintiff the texts they were reacting to came from.

Wouldn’t you know it… the texts made me confirm?

1. A message from their COO asking me to delete employees from METRC to pass inspection, then re-add them afterward.

Wait… is fraud considered unethical? Or is that why they’re saying they aren’t?

What are your thoughts Metrc, IDPFR, Illinois, DOA, Michigan, Pritzker, LARA, Whitmer? Is this ethical and allowed for a regulated cannabis facility?

You can read the full response and see the discovery documents for yourself here:

2. Internal confirmation that Juan Finch Jr. was on staff, while they say he wasn’t.

Strange. Most people don’t try to pass inspections with imaginary employees.

3. A different location’s version of my Interstate 420 concept, forwarded to me by their executives, confirming it was similar to the concept I originally brought to the table..

Most owners and executives don’t ask someone to confirm a concept they created if they didnt create it…

    4. These aren’t malicious claims. They’re text receipts, filed, timestamped, and sworn under penalty of perjury.

If the truth feels malicious… maybe you shouldn’t have put it in writing.

They line up perfectly with the claims in their countersuit, like they belong together.

Honestly, I should’ve stapled them to the filing and called it a duel until the truth prevailed.

This isn’t a social post.

This is a sworn legal document, filed in court, with exhibits attached.

Receipts > rhetoric.

Maybe I’ll break this down more on air.

But for now?
